18岁给我一姑娘 (lit. Given a Girl at Age 18)
Novel by Feng Tang.
As is perhaps evident from the title, this book is a record of youth. As Feng Tang says in the foreword, "my motives for writing Given a Girl at Age 18 were simple: to record the feelings of my earliest encounters with violence and sex, before I forgot them completely."
Two more novels followed this one (Everything Grows and Beijing, Beijing), eventually forming the "Beijing Trilogy".
