Caroline Mason
Caroline Mason has degrees from SOAS in Social Anthropology/Linguistics and Chinese, and for many years taught Chinese and (latterly) Translation at the Universities of Durham and Newcastle. She now works as a freelance translator in north-west England and her published translations include A Critical History of New Music in China, by Liu Ching-chih, Christianity, edited by Zhuo Xinping (co-translated with Chi Zhen), and numerous short stories and articles.
