Online literary platforms will conduct a self-assessment based on a detailed score chart and their evaluation will be submitted to the SAPPRFT for verification.
Those with scores below 60 will be publicly criticized and be banned from applying for any literary awards for a year. The executives of such websites will also be invited for a talk with regulators.

I am interesting in sites throughout the world for publishing of my books, booklets, and other papers, chiefly non-fiction, popular, yet not only, I have also some poetry and SF stories, and other things. Not that I have not sites where I can publish, you can look at least at http://samlib.ru/editors/m/mirskij_h_n/ or simply write "chris myrski" or better "Христо Мирский" in your browser, but as far as I have succeeded to translate everything translatable in English, I want to find more sites where to publish my things and in 3 languages in parallel: English, Russian, Bulgarian. First of all free and not for money, but maybe later also to sell something.
Why I want this? Well, because I am nearing my 70, am not much read because write for serious readers and non-fiction, and also have nobody to leave my works after my demise and suppose that on more sites I have posted my things, the better, they will not be lost like the books in the ancient Library of Alexandria. I am beginning to publish this year on the West, in USA, Italy, France, but, still am interesting in more sites. Do you think that I can be of some interest for, or not?.
