Subject: contributors for fiction writers volume

Contributors are needed for the Modern Chinese Fiction Writers, 1950-2000 volume of the Dictionary of Literary Biography (DLB) series that is produced by Bruccoli, Clark, Layman and published by Gale. The book is co-edited by Tom Moran and Dianna Xu.

The Modern Chinese Fiction Writers, 1950-2000 volume of the DLB will include biographical essays on more than 30 authors. Contributors include top scholars from North America, Europe and Asia. Most of the essays have already been completed. The book manuscript is now being edited. The book will be published in late 2012.

We still, however, need contributors to write 3,000- to 6,000-word essays on the lives and careers of several writers, including Wang Shuo, Jia Pingwa, and Can Xue.

Contributors need to be able to turn to this work right away.

Please contact Tom Moran directly if you are interested in writing an essay for the book or if you have questions.
