SHI Xiaojing Lynette (施晓菁) is a translator and conference interpreter who has worked at the United Nations, and is still active on the private conference market. She was formerly a translator and revisor with the journal China Today. A faculty member of the Graduate School of Translation and Interpretation and Language Studies of the Monterey Institute of International Studies in the US, she continues to teach translation and interpretation in China during her leave-of-absence from the Institute.

She is the co-author of Introduction to Chinese-English Translation, and is one of the revisors of the Chinese-English dictionary published by the Foreign Languages Teaching and Research Press.
