Ma Xu 马叙 is the penname of Zhang Wenbing, born in 1959 and currently based in Zhejiang. He is a member of the Chinese Writers Association. His works have appeared in 《人民文学》, 《十月》, 《中国作家》, and 《大家》, among others, and they've been selected for many domestic anthologies. His collections include 《伪生活书》, 《他的生活有点小小的变化》, 《乘慢船，去哪里》, 《在雷声中停顿》, 《错误简史》, and many more. He has been awarded the October Literature Award, the Poetry Prize at the God of Poetry Awards, and the Chu Jiwang Literary Award.
