Kong Yalei 孔亚雷
Kong Yalei, born in 1975 in Anhui province, is an author, translator, critic, and essayist. He has published one novel, The Non-Loser, and a collection of short fiction, Volcano Hotel. He is the translator of The Book of Illusions by Paul Auster, and, with Bei Dao, of Leonard Cohen’s Book of Longing.
