Huo Xiangjie 霍香结

Huo Xiangjie 霍香结 is the penname of Li Hongxing. He was born in the 1970s in Guilin, and his works include the novels《灵的编年史》 ,《铜座全集》, and 《日冕》, as well as the epic poem 《黑暗传》 and the poetry collection《灯龛》. He co-authored the monograph 《明清篆刻边款铁笔单刀正书千字文》 (One Thousand-Character Essays Written in Iron Upon Seals of the Ming and Qing Dynasties), and was one of the main contributors to the catalogue for the thirteenth Shanghai Biennale. He has received the Houtian Novel Award, was shortlisted for the Blancpain-Imaginist Literary Award, and has been twice nominated for the Mao Dun Literature Award.
