Dan Zeng 丹增

Dan Zeng, an ethnic Tibetan author of essays, criticism, reportage, and film scripts, was born in Biru county, Tibet, in 1947. He studied journalism at Fudan University in Shanghai and worked on the staff of Tibet Daily and in various official posts. He is an active promoter of younger writers, and in 2007 was recognized for his outstanding contribution to China’s creative writing.
