评委中有个叫石才夫的，我认识，他以前是南宁的一家杂志《海外星云》的领导，在杂志上使用的名字是拓夫。写一些短文似乎还行，至于能否当评委这个不好说呀。Shi Caifu, aka Tuo Fu, served as an editor in a local magazine "Overseas Tidings" which focuses on second-hand news from sources based in Hong Kong. Whether this man is qualified to be a judge of the ruling of literature award remains to be a question, in my opinion, hehe.
