after finished reading two links on cha prize page, forgive me for thinking out aloud now, submission texts MUST be in English ( from English or Chinese) and about contemporary Hong Kong ? ... as oppose to colonial Hong Kong? When Japan took over Hong Kong from the British for a brief time ~ 1945, 戴望舒 was jailed by the occupying authority.

btw, PEN Hong Kong is formed in 2016. It's only one year's old. So be kind, right?
