Zhang Yuan 章缘 Belinda Chang
Belinda Chang was born in Taiwan and has lived in Beijing, Shanghai, and New York City. Her work examines complicated human relationships among Chinese migrants abroad with penetrating psychological insight. She worked for years as a reporter for the American Chinese language newspaper World Journal and is the author of ten collections of stories and two novels. She has received numerous awards including the prestigious United Daily News Literary Award in 1995.
