Rachel Milligan
Originally from Philadelphia, Rachel Milligan is a Pflughaupt Fellow in Creative Writing and a graduate of the Iowa Writers’ Workshop, where she was previously a Teaching-Writing Fellow. She was also a 2013 US Department of State Critical Language Scholar in Chinese at Soochow University. Her work has appeared in Philadelphia Review of Books, Sonora Review, smoking glue gun, Foothill: a journal of poetry, Oxford Magazine, Lyre Lyre, and APIARY Magazine.
