The winners of the first-ever Aksay Kazakh Literary Competition have been announced (“阿克塞” 哈萨克族文学奖揭晓). It joins two existing high-profile sets of awards for writing in languages other than Mandarin: the Junma Ethnic Literary Awards, which accepts entries in all non-Han languages, and the Duorina Mongolian Literary Prize.
