If Dorothy Tse is Chinese, then probably so is Qiu Miaojin 邱妙津, whose Last Words from Montmartre, as translated by Ari Larissa Heinrich, also made the longlist.

And in poetry, Hsia Yü's Salsa, translated by Steve Bradbury, is on the longlist, too.
