Ling Chen 凌晨
Ling Chen, a writer of science fiction and popular science, is a member of the China Science Writers’ Association, the Beijing Writers’ Association, and the Beijing Society for Creative Science Writing. Her major work includes the novels The Cat Catches the Ghost’s Shadow and Back Side of the Moon and the novella Beyond the Abyss, the Firmament. Her stories “The Messenger,” “Cat,” and “Infiltrating Guiyang” won the Milky Way Award for Science Fiction in 1996, 1998, and 2004, and many of her short stories have been anthologized in year-end collections.
